Hello. I'm Louiza Cookson-Rabouhi - a passionate creative director, designer and brand storyteller, working with new and established brands around the world.
Hello — I’m Louiza Cookson-Rabouhi.
I’m a senior design and innovation leader with 15+ years’ experience leading ambitious, complex programmes across FMCG, the public sector and global organisations.
I specialise in turning ambiguity into progress — shaping strategy, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering work that balances creative ambition, commercial reality and organisational context. My work often sits within wider transformation initiatives, helping organisations change how they think, work and deliver experiences at scale.
I’m known for calm, highly productive leadership, strong judgement and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders. I work across innovation, service design, experience design and brand, and I’m particularly comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments where clarity and momentum matter.
I’m currently a Managing Innovation Designer at Magnetic, where I lead, coach and manage teams of designers across innovation, service design and experience programmes, supporting delivery quality, account growth and people development. I’m also a trustee at Citizens Advice and a board member of Northern Design Festival, contributing to the growth of inclusive, high-quality design practice in the UK.
Earlier in my career, I worked hands-on as a creative director and brand leader, including as Creative Director at NEXT Foods, and leading major brand and transformation work for organisations such as Mars, Kendamil, the BBC and Google. That grounding continues to inform how I lead today — with a strong understanding of craft, delivery and what it takes to get work out into the world.
