Hello — I’m Louiza Cookson-Rabouhi.

I’m a senior design and innovation leader with 15+ years’ experience leading complex programmes across FMCG, public sector and global organisations.

I specialise in turning ambiguity into clear direction and delivery — leading multidisciplinary teams and balancing creative ambition with commercial and organisational realities.
